Beginning Monday, July 27th, Interactive Notification Services will offer phone-only
support. Int the past, email support was available; however, in order to ensure
you receive real-time support, we have implemented phone-only support. In order
to better serve you, please call 1.800.537.1392 and enter the PIN number ICNOTIFY1(426684391)
for any support issues. The existing support@icnotify.com will no longer be used.
We have also created an Interactive Notification Services forum located at
http://community.inin.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=86. This forum can be
used by all customers to offer help and suggestions for each other. Once you log
into INS web site, don't forget about the Help section also. It is very useful and
guides you through any item of the service.
